Contact SupportThis FAQ page was built to be the go-to starting point for any question about bet16 — from your first visit to more specific topics like withdrawals, bonuses, and games. Whether you're new to the platform or have been using it for a while, the answers here were written based on the real questions that come up most often in bet16 support.
Bet16 serves exclusively the Brazilian market, and every feature on the platform was built with the Brazilian bettor in mind: fee-free Pix deposits and withdrawals, 24-hour Portuguese-language support, betting on Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, and UFC, plus a full library of slots, Live Casino, and crash games.
Creating an account at bet16 is free and takes under 2 minutes. The process is done directly on bet16.click — no app download required. Fill in your full name, CPF, date of birth, email, and phone number, create a username and password, accept the Terms and Conditions, and you're set. Registration is tied to your CPF, and each person may have only one active account on the platform.
Bet16 may request identity verification at any time, particularly for withdrawals above specific amounts or during periodic security reviews. The process involves submitting photos of a valid ID (RG, CNH, or passport) and a recent proof of address. Having these documents ready will prevent delays on future withdrawals.
For regular bet16 users, Pix is by far the most convenient deposit and withdrawal method. Deposits hit your account in seconds, 24 hours a day, including weekends and national holidays. Pix withdrawals are processed within minutes to any Brazilian bank — Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, Caixa Econômica Federal, Santander, and more.
One important point: all deposits and withdrawals must be made from a bank account or Pix key in the name of the bet16 account holder. The platform does not accept third-party deposits for security and legal compliance reasons. Deposits identified as coming from third parties are returned to the sender.
Bet16 charges no deposit or withdrawal fees via Pix. The full amount deposited or withdrawn is processed without any deductions from the platform.
Bet16's welcome bonus matches 100% of your first deposit, up to R$ 500.00. To activate the bonus, simply make your first deposit after creating your account — the credit is automatic, no code needed. Deposit R$ 50.00 via Pix and start with R$ 100.00 in balance; deposit R$ 500.00 and start with R$ 1,000.00.
To convert the bonus into real balance and withdraw it, you must complete a 5x rollover on the bonus amount within 30 days, with minimum odds of 1.50. Bets on the Brasileirão, Copa do Brasil, UFC, and other sports events with odds above 1.50 generally count toward the rollover — check the specific conditions in the bonus section of your account after logging in.
Bet16's Sports Betting section covers the biggest events on the Brazilian and international calendar. Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Copa Libertadores, and Série B are all covered with pre-match and live markets, including final result, goals, corners, cards, Asian handicap, and more. UFC has full card coverage, with betting on knockout, submission, judges' decision, specific round, and fight duration.
Live betting is available during matches and live cards, with odds updated in real time as the score changes. You can also place parlay bets combining events from different sports — football, UFC, NBB basketball, and e-sports, for example — on a single ticket, multiplying your potential winnings.
Bet16's casino is divided into three main categories: slots, live casino, and crash games. The slots range from classic reels to modern titles featuring multiplier mechanics, bonus buys, and progressive jackpots. Providers such as Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, and others make their full portfolios available on the platform.
Bet16's Live Casino streams real-time tables with live dealers in professional studios. European roulette, blackjack, baccarat, and interactive game shows are available with varying betting limits to suit different player profiles. The stream works on both mobile and desktop — no installation required.
Crash games — led by Aviator — are one of the fastest-growing categories among Brazilian players. The concept is simple: a multiplier climbs progressively and you decide when to cash out. The social element, with other players visible in the same round, makes the experience different from traditional slots.
