Bet16 may request identity verification documents (national ID, CPF, driver's license, or proof of address) at any time. Refusing to provide such documents may result in account suspension or closure and the withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.
Age verification: Protecting users under 18 is a top priority at bet16. If there is any indication that an account belongs to a minor, it will be immediately suspended and any deposited funds returned after identity verification is completed.
Each user may hold a single account at bet16. Duplicate accounts, or accounts created with false information, will be closed without prior notice and balances held for review.

Users must keep their account information up to date. Changes to your name, CPF, or linked bank account are subject to an additional verification process to protect the account holder.
Bet16 accepts deposits exclusively in BRL (R$) through the following Brazilian payment methods:
The minimum deposit at bet16 is R$ 20.00. There is no maximum deposit limit per transaction; however, bet16 may request additional documentation for high-value deposits as part of its anti-money laundering and regulatory compliance procedures.
Bet16 reserves the right to refuse or return deposits that: (i) originate from unauthorized sources; (ii) are made by third parties on behalf of the account holder; (iii) show signs of fraud or irregularity.
Important: Deposits made by third parties (another person's bank account) will be returned to the original sender. bet16 does not accept deposits from accounts that do not belong to the registered account holder.
Withdrawals at bet16 are processed exclusively via Pix, to the Pix key or bank account registered under the account holder's name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not accepted under any circumstances.
To request a withdrawal, the user must: (i) go to the financial section of their profile; (ii) enter the desired amount; (iii) confirm the destination Pix key. Processing takes a few minutes for withdrawals within standard limits. Higher-value withdrawals may be subject to additional identity verification.
The minimum withdrawal amount at bet16 is R$ 20.00. Withdrawals below this amount will not be processed.
Only real balance (not bonus balance) is available for immediate withdrawal. Bonus balance converts to real balance once the applicable rollover conditions are met. Withdrawals requested before the rollover is completed will result in the automatic cancellation of any remaining bonus credit — deposited real balance is not affected.

In the event of cancellation, postponement, or permanent suspension of a sporting event, bet16 will follow these procedures:

The user will be notified and the staked amount returned to their balance. bet16 is not obligated to honor bets placed at odds that were incorrect due to a proven technical error.
Live bets are processed in real time and may be rejected if the relevant event has already concluded at the time of confirmation. bet16 is not responsible for broadcast delays that may influence live betting decisions.
The cash-out feature is available on eligible bets and allows users to settle a bet before the final result. The cash-out value offered by bet16 is calculated in real time and may be lower or higher than the original stake, depending on how the event is unfolding. Cash out may not be available on all events or at all times.

Behavior deemed abusive — such as creating multiple accounts, systematically placing bets at minimum odds solely to artificially meet rollover requirements, coordinated use of accounts, or any other practice designed to extract value from promotions without genuine risk — will result in bonus cancellation, possible account closure, and forfeiture of any irregularly obtained winnings.
Unused bonuses that expire within the stipulated timeframe are automatically canceled with no right to a refund or compensation. bet16 does not reactivate expired bonuses.

Failure to comply with any of the above may result in immediate account suspension, blocking of pending withdrawals, and reporting to the relevant authorities where applicable.
Users may request account closure at any time through the bet16 support chat. Any available real-money balance will be refunded via Pix after identity verification. Bonuses not yet converted to real-money balance will be cancelled without compensation.
Bet16 reserves the right to close or suspend any account that violates these Terms and Conditions — without prior notice in cases of fraud or unlawful activity, or with 14 days' notice in all other cases. Closure due to a terms violation may result in a balance hold pending investigation.
